We’re reaching out to inform you of upcoming changes to our DNS infrastructure.
As part of a recent network policy change from Cloudflare—our upstream provider for DNS routing—we are required to update the IP addresses associated with our nameservers. This change is necessary to maintain continued compatibility and performance across our DNS systems.
Who Is Affected? Most customers use our default nameservers (e.g., ns*.hostek.com, ns*.ezhostingserver.com). If you're using our nameservers, no action is required. If you are using vanity nameservers (your own branded nameservers pointing to our IPs), you will need to update the IP addresses for your nameserver entries at your domain registrar.
Please ensure any vanity nameservers you manage are updated with the new IP addresses as soon as possible to avoid any service disruption. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team on support@hostek.com.
Thanks for choosing Hostek!
Kind regards Hostek
