Our team is working with one of our data center providers to investigate a brief incident of downtime which occurred at approximately 9:50 PM CST and lasted for approximately 5 minutes. This downtime was NOT the result of a malfunction within our infrastructure and instead appears to have stemmed from networking issues with an upstream provider.
