Shared Windows mail servers Mail14, Mail16, Mail19, and Mail20 are currently undergoing scheduled maintenance.

During this maintenance period, the primary IP address of the mail server will be updated to a new range as part of ongoing infrastructure upgrades. This may result in a brief period of connectivity issues while the DNS changes propagate.

Customers experiencing issues connecting to their mail servers are urged to check their mail client server settings to ensure that they are using the server hostname ( for both the incoming and outgoing servers and check their DNS records to ensure that any vanity hostnames ( are configured as a CNAME record rather than an A record.

Issues can be reported to the support team for additional assistance.
