We are nearing the final stages of our Ashburn hardware refresh. The majority of customers have already been seamlessly migrated to the new environment.

For customers utilizing VLAN services, migrations will continue over the next 10 days. During this period, there may be brief interruptions in communication over the VLAN as servers transition. Any downtime experienced would be minimal.

To further minimize any potential downtime, we will migrate VLAN customers individually, ensuring that all associated servers move to the new environment together as much as possible.
Migrations will occur between 11pm and 7am CST (overnight).

We appreciate your patience as we work to complete this upgrade and enhance your service experience.
